Delete your Near account.

You can request deletion of your Near account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to submit a request and what happens next.

1. How to request deletion

Email hello@wecreo.in from the email address linked to your Near account with the subject line: Delete my Near account.

If account deletion is available inside the app, you may also use the in-app deletion option.

We may ask for additional information if needed to confirm account ownership before deleting data.

2. What gets deleted

  • Your account profile and account identifiers.
  • Personal information associated with your account.
  • Event, lobby, and community activity that is no longer needed to operate Near or protect users.
  • Optional profile content that is no longer needed for legal, safety, or platform integrity reasons.

3. What may be retained

We may retain limited information where necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, moderation history, or enforcement of our terms.

Some records may also be retained in backup systems for a limited period before being deleted or overwritten through normal backup cycles.

4. Processing time

We will process eligible deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying the request. When deletion is complete, we may confirm by email where appropriate.
